Dumbassbiker is an online internet business. We prefer you order off of our web parts store first. Our goal is to save you money and staffing phone lines ends up costing you more money.

There are several way to summit your orders, first is order online at our parts store, it is very secure, and eas, we never see your private credit card information.

Second due to the fact we can't list every part on our site, we supply catalog links from our suppliers to view their products, when you find you items e-mail us parts@dumbassbiker.com for a parts quote. Once we e-mail you back that quote with shipping costs, use the variable price form located on every page of our stores pages, it is the first item. Enter the name and part number in the name box, then enter the price (of part from our e-mail or phone quote, plus shipping charge quoted) in the price box, do this for each product, then add to cart to start check out process.

Third way to order is our credit card order form, located below on this page, fill it out completely, attach another page if needed then e-mail to parts@dumbassbiker.com or origsquig@aol.com , the method is by fax us at 240-332-6641. Again these will be prices we quoted you by e-mail or phone. We do not keep credit card info once we run order, paperwork is destroyed to keep your information safe and secure. Do to credit card polices of late they prefer to have things in writing.

Forth and final method and least perfered is by phone, but because we don't have a bunch of phone answers, that is the hard way, we perfer you e-mail us your telephone number and we will call you back to place orders over the phone. Phones orders have a $20 service fee as well. Plus we find phone orders are more subject to mistakes do to hard to hear, accents in your or my voices,. For phone orders e-mail us the telephone number, and best times to reach you, also include parts wanted so we can be ready and make phone order short and sweet. Include name and address with e-mail that way we can save time and have less time wasted spelling things out.
